We believe that the professional learning needs of adult learners and the orgainzations they work within have been neglected for too long. As we enter a period that will be marked by never-seen-before transformation, improving access to excellent professional education is critical.

Focusing fully and specifically on the needs of adults learners
Many organizations provide adult learning programs but few have that as there central mandate. These organization were created to serve the needs of other demographics of learners and struggle to adapt their programming, delivery, and business approaches to meet the needs of adult learners. NPL is purpose-built to serve adult learners.
Programs that adults need now
The current system is too slow and ill-equipped to respond to the rapid transformation that is already re-shaping the skills and competencies that professionals need, not to mention the new professions that are emerging. NPL is committed to understanding the competencies adults need now and in the future. We will keep pace.
Program delivery and services that make sense for adult learners
Higher Education tends to be a high friction system. Waiting for courses to be offered and dealing with siloed institutions, organized for a previous time is not necessary. NPL aims to reduce the friction. We strive to give adult learners what they need, when the need it. No waiting. No run around. It is not complicated.
