For withdrawing from a course. The form also provides the option to enrol in another course or request a refund (if eligable).
For requesting a pause in your course. Life happens! If something comes up that presents you from progressing on your course, you can request a pause if you are have more than 30 days remaining on your original time allowed to complete.
